Missouri Healthcare Freedom Act

As important as the November 2010 midterms are, there is a much more important vote for Missourians: the August 3 vote against ObamaCare. Recently, the Missouri General Assembly passed the Healthcare Freedom Act which allows Missouri citizens to amend the MO Constitution:
Shall the Missouri Statutes be amended to:
- Deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services?
- Modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies?
